2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, the leader in the home warranty industry, is seeking a seasoned Inbound Call Center Manager for their Inbound Claims Management Department.

The Inbound Manager is responsible for delivering high standards of service to customers by making the most effective and efficient use of staff and technology resources. This manager must use a range of measurements to monitor, analyze and plan improvements to contact center performance. To meet these responsibilities, the manager must be a combination of expert service provider, coach, trainer, mentor, motivator and manager.

Job Duties

  • Establishes and drives productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; contributing information and analysis to organizational strategic plans and reviews.
  • Accomplishes identified human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; administering scheduling systems; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing team member performance; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Meets team financial objectives by estimating requirements; managing to a budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Develops and manages Multi-Channel / Omni-Channel workforce CRM in cooperation with management and IT.
  • Other duties as assigned

Inbound Call Center Manager Job Requirements

The qualified candidate will have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and at least 7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Prior management experience preferred.  Excellent customer service skills, the ability to negotiate and handle difficult phone calls, and basic computer skills are required.  Knowledge of HBW contracts, policies and procedures needed.  Technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and/or home appliances is preferred but not required. Proven experience in high volume, inbound, multi-channel / omni-channel contact center.
