                          Customer Service Representative - Call Center (Temp to Hire)

PrideStaff, a national staffing company, is seeking enthusiastic, Customer Service Representatives to work on a temporary to permanent basis with our clients. Our Northern Kentucky office is supporting several great clients who have a variety of needs. Our clients are seeking poised, positive people to represent them with their clients – as you are often the voice of them company to their customers.

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers regarding products and service as well as provide general information regarding questions issues. In many cases, you will also make outbound calls to follow-up with clients.

 

Additional responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative will include:

 

  • Answering in bound calls from customers in a professional manner
  • Researching information using multiple resources and route call to the appropriate resource
  • Provide customers with product and service information and resolve customers concerns and complaints
  • Enter customer information in the system and identify and escalate priority issues
  • Completing call log and producing call reports
  • Provide follow up customer calls when necessary
  • Some positions are outbound consumer survey calls, gaining feedback on products and services

 Customer Service Representative - Call Center (Entry Level)

 

Job Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative you must have at least 1-3 years’ experience in a customer service role within a call center environment.  You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as effective listening skills.


Additional requirements for the Customer Service Representative will include:

  • Good data entry / typing skills and computer skills
  • Some experience selling products
  • Flexibility in your work schedule, as some of these positions are first and second shift and/or require some week-ends   
  • A High School Degree or equivalent
  • A clear criminal background check and drug test
  • Must be age 18 or older
