Call Center Job Description

Adecco is assisting Computershare in recruiting for Outbound Call Center Representatives in Canton, MA for a long term, temporary assignment. You will be responsible for handling scripted inbound / outbound calls, with the possibility of data entering forms and correspondence received from shareholders regarding upcoming special shareholder meetings.

Responsibilities:
• Make high volume of calls with a script that will be provided to you
• Know when to escalate the call to either a more senior agent or supervisor
• Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high levels of customer service
• Match the tone and pace of the call recipient in a professional manner
Qualifications:
• Minimum High School or GED required
• Ability to speak clearly and concisely
• Ability to take information and interpret it to the shareholder and educate them
• Candidate must be able to sit for the majority of their shift
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic matter
• Computer literate (Microsoft Word and Data Entry)
• Able to work in a team environment

AM Shift - $17.00 P/H:
Monday - Friday 9:30am - 5:00pm

PM Shift - $18.00 P/H
Monday - Thursday 6:00pm - 11:00PM and Saturdays 12:00pm - 6:00pm

Various Training Classes start throughout the months of August/September!
