Call Center Representatives Job Description
Now hiring experienced call center agents for several exciting positions!!
Pay & Schedule
- $13/hr - $18/hr based on experience and desire to learn
- Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (Schedule is subject to change-May be instructed to come in earlier/stay later)
- Must be available to work overtime, some weekends and holidays, as needed, on a volunteer OR rotation basis, at the Manager’s discretion.
- *Weekend hours may vary
- Willingness to learn and be trained over a period of months
- Operate main line switchboard and directing calls in queue
- Handle incoming calls from and direct calls to the correct individual or department
- May be performing password resets
- Certain titles will require dispatching
- PBX (phone system)

Call Center Representatives Job Requirements
- Prior customer service call center, customer service rep experience is highest preference.
- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume call center
- Excellent customer service skills
- Accurate and quick data entry skills
- Ability to effectively use multi-line phone system
- Highly detail oriented
- Good general PC operational skills
- Proficiency with MS office suite (especially Outlook)
