Call Center Manager Job Description


The Leasing Manager works with the Atlanta Leasing Associates and the local market Leasing Associates to advertise vacant inventory and manage lead generation volume, schedule self-tours of our homes, and assign new leads to the applicable Leasing Associates in each market.


  • Promote and ensure that the company is represented in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Consistently review marketing sources to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate. 
  • Maintain awareness of all available homes and specials with Daily Availability Report.
  • Schedule and coordinate Atlanta Leasing Associate meetings and schedules.
  • Manage, train, and coach the Atlanta Leasing Associates to ensure the highest performance standards are met by all.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company leasing policies and processes.
  • Shop competition quarterly.  Review and analyze internal leasing performance against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
  • Monitor prospect pipeline, including call and email leads, perform follow-up calls within 24 hours.
  • Assist local markets with ensuring that homes are rented within 30 days of delivery to market.
  • Relay prospect feedback to the Regional Managers in each market.
  • Assist other departments within the organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.

Call Center Manager Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or business administration or the equivalent number of years of related experience.
  • At least 4 years of related experience with progressive management experience in a call center environment.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate with clients and coworkers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Must possess outstanding presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute plans accordingly.
  • Intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn a specialized software.
  • Ability to learn and comply with industry legal fair housing requirements.
  • Must show enthusiasm and have a passion for driving results.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with local market staff to ensure good communication.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Yardi experience a plus.
