If you're a keen problem solver, skilled at thinking on your feet and quickly identifying solutions, this entry level call center role in our Bluffton office is your opportunity to make an impact. As a Call Center Intake Representative, you will:
  • Handle inbound, non-clinical calls from physicians' offices, imaging centers and patients
  • Gather and accurately enter data while building patient files
  • Identify and proactively resolve issues
  • Provide thoughtful guidance and clear solutions

As a Call Center Intake Representative all shifts are Monday through Friday. Your 5 weeks of training will be 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. After training, you will need the flexibility to work any assigned shift between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.

To be a strong fit for the Call Center Intake Representative role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening skills
  • The ability to type 40+ wpm with accuracy  
  • The ability to multitask, typing and shifting between open windows and applications as you speak with callers, do research, complete paperwork, etc.
  • To be a strong decision maker
